The Berry Boost

1 cup frozen mixed berries
2 tablespoons ground flaxseeds
2 tablespoons liquid coconut oil
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 tablespoon pumpkin seeds
1/2 cup oat or almond milk
1 apple
1 tablespoon goji berries

The Perfect Blend

1 tsp honey
1 tsp lecithin powder
1 tsp LSA powder (finely ground linseed, sunflower seeds and almonds)
1 tsp wheat germ (powder or oil)
1 tsp yoghurt (acidophilus-cultured)
1/2 medium banana (or 1/2 cup of strawberries or mango pieces)
250ml rice milk or almond milk (preferred)
